Your guide to getting the most of your treatment at NATUREWORKS
Question - Do I need an appointment?
Answer – Yes, just give us a call, or pop into the clinic, and our receptionist will be happy to arrange an appointment for you.
Question - When should I arrive for my appointment?
Answer - It is best to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment starts - this will give you time to unwind before the treatment begins and benefit from it most.
Question - What if I am late for my appointment?
Answer - Arriving late simply reduces the length of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. Your treatment will still end as scheduled so that the next client is not delayed. You will also be charged the full price of the treatment.
Question - May I specifically request a male or female therapist?
Answer - Yes, of course! NATUREWORKS offers both male and female therapists - the choice is yours. All of our therapists are trained to drape towels discretely over any areas of the body not involved in the treatment.
Gift Vouchers
A treat for yourself or someone, special gift vouchers are available for all services. Our gift vouchers may be charged by phone or purchased in person and are valid for 1 full year. They are non-refundable but transferable to another person if requested.
NATUREWORKS CANCELLATION POLICY
NATUREWORKS operates a 24 hour cancellation policy, therefore if you cancel an appointment giving less than 24 hours notice you are to be charged the cost of a full treatment. This excludes ‘Suppleworx’ which operates a 2 working day cancellation policy.
