Kundalini Yoga
 
 

You know your potential it is in you, I am here to remind you of it

 
Having come from an Arts background, graduating in Art History and then Fine Arts I understood creative expression, but not consistent, creative ‘being’.  After some personal and health issues I was led to respecting my body and soul through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
 
I have found myself becoming awake with Kundalini Yoga, and deeply strengthened, balanced, more intuitive, with a calmer mind, and a more open heart. Each Kriya opens the body and mind to more flow, enabling it to move more regularly with its own individual wisdom and rhythm, which allows the soul to shine!
 
I trained in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in the US with KRI, under the guidance of renowned teacher Hari Kaur. I have been inspired by all my teachers
 
especially Gurmukh, Shiva Rea, Jivamukti, and any person who has chosen to dedicate their life to mindfulness, peace, joy and lifting consciousness.
 
I am particularly interested in the physical and mental balancing wisdom of yoga postures and yogic philosophy, as well as the healing, transformative effects of sound through Sanskrit chanting and music.
 
My study includes 10 years of holistic therapy and over 6 years of yoga practice.
 
I am passionate about music - sound, drums, rhythm, life, the sea, colour, free dance, sunny days, the earth, trees, flowers, the moon, the sky, cats, people and all other creatures!
