Been Fitness Industry for 14 years, teaching in Health Centres & Gyms in Portugal, Spain, Italy, UK( Soho Gyms, Fitness 1st & 3rd Space) as well as several international Cruiseships. Also being a guest Teacher in several Fitness conventions, guest Teacher for Symetrix Fitness Courses & was also awarded by Reebok Portugal as Best NEW COMER.

Apart from Teaching Hugo is also a Performer been on stage with 6 Musicals & other Productions,guest Choreographer for a few plays & other projects. Worked for Television & been in several Music Videos & TV Ads, even found some extra time to work as a Model. 

For the past 6 years I have been developing my Personal Training programme whilst also attending several workshops & undertaking extensive research. The 4 key elements in my approach to fitness are POSTURE, EXERCISE, STRENGTH & TONE.

Training

Trained with Reebok/CEF(awarded NEW COMER).  & Symetrix Fitness(awarded Revelation Instructor & Best Step Choreography). Attended several workshops worldwide, Masterclasses & Fitness Conventions such as World Fitness Idea, Reebok Portugal, Manz Productions, with some of the world best presenters Marcus Irwin, Jose Sabbo, Merete Holtskog, Darren Groove, Madonna Grimmes, Alice Rodrigues, Julienne Gendron, Patrick Goudeau, Rob Glick etc…

PT Prices

£40 per session (includes studio hire)
Pt card, 10 Pts £400 ( includes studio hire)
*Also teach small groups of 2, 3 or 4 people £60 per session (includes studio hire)

Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your Pt you need to give 24 hours notice there will be no charge.
Less than 24 hours you will be charged for the Pt.
