Jean Pascal Cabardos

Classical Ballet & Pilates instructor

Jean-Pascal was born in France and studied Ballet in Aix en Provence with Lise Delaplace.

In 1985, he joined the Ballet of L’Opera d’Avignon. From 1986 to 1995, he was a member of Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. In 1995, he moved to Berlin and joined the Deutsche Oper Ballet.
 
In 1999, he retired as a dancer and became a Ballet teacher and Ballet Master at English National Ballet School where he stayed until July 2005. During this time, he  received an Exemption of the French Diploma of State of Professor of Ballet for Professional experience in teaching
Since 2005, he taught in various Dance Companies and Schools in Europe, Mexico and the UK.
 
From 2006 Jean-Pascal teaches at Danceworks all level (from beginner to profesional) in Ballet and Pointe Work.
In 2007 and 2008, he organised a Summer Ballet Course for adults at Danceworks

Since July 2008, He qualified as a Pilates Instructor following Alan Herdman’s training course. From January 2009, He is employed as Pilates Instructor in The Practice in Notting Hill.

From September 2009, Jean-Pascal is regularly teaching Ballet Black.
