CYoga shows the essence of yoga that is beyond style.

CYoga can involve; yoga asanas; breathwork (pranayama); pilates; t’ai chi; energy work (qigong); martial artistry; voice and dance work. This allows one all abilities. This is it.

The CYoga Art is integrated and interactive with the interplay of three energies and principles.
The energies are playing with this, working with this and seeing through this.
The three principles are:
1. the feeling of the ground
2. a sense of space
3. the utilisation of cross energy!
Fundamentally, the essence of CYoga is This!
There are no boundaries.

The CYoga class is transmission of the CYoga essence. If one understands/ is the essence ofCYoga the asana/ position is always perfect.

CYoga engages in one- one’s, teacher tuition, satsang/ mediation, public classes, workshops and seminars. CYoga inspires, guides and teaches “the teacher” (including yoga, dance and martial art teachers). “It appears this has always been my destiny!”. This tuition is beyond discipline.
